Support orders

All products for sale on website electrica.it (hereinafter “Electrica”) have a generic technical specification per type. It is downloadable in PDF format within the “DOWNLOAD” section related to the chosen product in the “PRODUCTS” webpage.
To buy, within the “SEARCH CODE” page, the user can enter the code of a product to be substituted using the filter “Search by part number” or, alternatively, search for the needed part via the filters in the “Search by technical characteristics” section.
When the desired product(s) has/have been identified the user can add it/them to the cart. A message will pop up stating “the article has been added to the cart” with the desired quantity. It will always be possible to check the quantity and delete or add an item, also the cart can be emptied out.
After the buying phase, if it is the first time, the user will be requested to register by compiling the registering form. The user must read and accept the Privacy policy and the Terms of sale.
When the registration is complete a confirmation email is sent along with all entered data. Upon confirmation, it will be possible to get back to the cart and finalize the transaction by selecting the shipment location and the payment type.
From this moment on the order will be in “working” status and it will be identified by a unique order number, the user will get a confirmation email with all necessary details to perform the payment. After receiving the payment, the shipment will be arranged and the user will get an email with the express courier tracking number.
At any given time, the user can access the detail of all previous orders by logging into Electrica website using the email and password provided during registration. By clicking on “LOGIN” and accessing the “ORDERS” section the user can see all orders’ history, for each order he/she can see number, date and time, shipment details and processing status. By accessing the “PROFILE” section each user can modify or update his/her own invoicing and registration information.

While filling out the order some personal data are required for the shipment, each user is asked to accept personal data treatment according to existing legislation.
Electrica will not be able to meet an order for a user who has not “accepted personal data treatment”. More information is available within the website Privacy Policy section.

Each user will be promptly notified if any of the ordered products is not available.

Minors of under 18 years of age are not authorized to place an order using the online order form unless they are supervised by an adult who becomes accountable for their actions.

If an invoice is needed then the user must provide via the registration form following company details: “Business Name”, “Registered Office” address and the VAT number.
Please remind that the shipment address can be different from the invoicing address entered during registration.
The invoice is sent in PDF format via email when the order is processed.

Electrica is accepting as payment method the advance Bank Transfer to be made using Electrica’s bank account details as stated below. In the purpose of the transfer the user must enter the order number as an explicit reference.
Both the order number and the bank account details will be included in the order confirmation sent via email. Electrica will ship the products as soon as the Bank Transfer is received and confirmed.

All products purchased on Electrica website are delivered using an express courier within 24-72 in average after the payment has been confirmed. Normally couriers are delivering between Monday and Friday.
To allow shipment tracking the Electrica automatic system is generating an order number which will be used as a unique identifier on all communications. To check any information pertaining to an order each user can access the “ORDERS” section on the website using his/her own login credentials.
After shipping the products, for most of the express couriers, the online tracking number function is available: the user can check the shipment status directly on the courier website.

Shipping and delivery costs are not included within the product price, they are determined and explicitly shown during the ordering phase.

For shipments outside European Union taxes and duties may apply. These amounts, determined when the products are actually entering the Country of destination, are incumbent upon the recipient and they are not calculated within the order total amount.
